1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MediaHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Description of Service
MediaHub is a social media content generation service that uses artificial intelligence to create scripts, captions, and hashtags for coaches and content creators. MediaHub is a product operated by the z2lab studio (z2lab.dev).
3. User Account
To use our service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
4. Plans and Payments
We offer three plans — Free, Starter and Pro — based on monthly credits, which are consumed when generating content (scripts, images, narration and videos):
- Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, storage limit and features as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
- We also offer one-off credit packs (top-ups), which do not expire with the monthly cycle.
- Current prices, credits and features are always those shown on the pricing page; we may update them with prior notice.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the paid period.
5. Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
By subscribing or purchasing credits, you consent to the immediate start of the service. Consumed credits represent service already delivered (AI processing costs):
- Subscriptions may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided the period's credits are substantially unused (less than 10%).
- Consumed credits are deducted from any refund, valued at the current top-up pack rate.
- One-off credit packs (top-ups) are non-refundable after any use.
- The right of withdrawal under consumer law applies to the unused portion of the service.

6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Create illegal, defamatory, or harmful content
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Distribute spam or malware
- Attempt to access unauthorized systems
- Resell or redistribute the service without authorization
7. Content Ownership
Content generated through our service belongs to you. You have the right to use, modify, and publish the content created. MediaHub does not claim ownership over your content.
8. Service Limitations
Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies. We recommend reviewing and editing content before publishing. We do not guarantee specific engagement or growth results.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
MediaHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via email or through the service.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through settings.
13. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any consumer-protection rights granted by the laws of your country of residence.
