Delete your account

From the Android app

In the MediaHub app, installed from Google Play:

• Open the More tab and tap Settings.
• Scroll to the bottom, to the Danger Zone.
• Tap Delete Account and confirm.

The account and every file are erased straight away, and the app returns to the sign-in screen.

From the website

Go to mediahub.z2lab.dev, open Settings and use Delete Account, in the Danger Zone. Same button, same effect as the app.

What is deleted

Everything that is yours, at once:

• Your account and sign-in (email, password, connected Google accounts).
• Your profile, niche, preferences and language.
• Every script, caption, carousel and video project.
• Every image, narration, recording and video we hold for you.
• Your credits, usage history and scheduled posts.
• Cloned voices, if you made any.
• Your device's notification registration — the app stops receiving alerts.

If you have an active subscription, it is cancelled before deletion, so nothing keeps being charged.

What stays, and why

Only the tax records of purchases you already made: invoices and payment receipts, held by Stripe. Issued invoices must be kept by law, and that is the only reason anything survives deletion. Those records cannot be used to sign in to your account and contain none of the content you created.

Backups rotate and are overwritten within 30 days, so nothing of yours remains in them after that.

Download your data first

Deletion gives nothing back. If you want to keep what you made, use Download my data (JSON) in Settings before deleting — you get a file with your scripts, your projects and the links to your videos.

If you can no longer sign in

Uninstalled the app, lost access to the email, or the button failed? Write to the address below from the account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually the same working day.
